When taking a critical hit, fully reduces the cooldown of Dragon Ruler's Breath, and increases Priority of the caster by 35%.
Enraged
Becomes Enraged when Health drops to 50% of Max Health or lower.
Enraged: Does not take Weakness Gauge damage (Permanent). Enraged lasts for 3 turns.
Dragon of Conquest: Used when Enraged ends.
Permanently increases Speed and enhances Dragon Ruler's Breath to target all enemies. These effects cannot be removed.
Tactical Tips
- •Use characters with strong AoE healing skills.
- •Take out Demiurge Vlada quickly so the speed debuff doesn't stack too high.
