Venion is a two-phase world boss that requires adapting your team composition based on the boss's buff state. This guide covers strategies for defeating this boss up to the Extreme League.

The effect already granted when attacking will not be applied, and effects will not be removed when inflicted with Break.

MG-102 Pioneer Cannon
Attacks all enemies. This attack penetrates 30% of the target's Defense.
According to the unique effect granted, the following effects will be applied:

【Weather Variable Response】: Increases Priority of
Light/
Dark enemies by only 80%.

Defense System (Error)
(Passive Effect)Takes increased damage from
Fire-,
Water-, and
Earth-attribute enemies, and enemies always attack with a favorable attribute.
All enemies' Speed becomes 0, and they are afflicted with Extra Skill Disabled and Extra Turn Disabled (permanent).
After your attack, increases all enemies' Priority by 100% (may be limited to 80% under certain conditions).
Damage from Cursed/Fixed Damage cannot exceed 10000/20000 respectively. However, Fixed Damage received from Skill Chains can be up to 50000.

Uncharted Fortress Vault Venion

Prioritizes the enemy on the far left. During this attack, Penetration increases by 30%. Enemies killed by this attack cannot be revived or resurrected.

Ground Blast
Attacks all enemies. Grants 【Remove Detection Interference】 or 【Exclude Unknown Variables】 effect to the caster for 3 turn(s), and increases skill cooldowns of the target by 1 turn. (Ignores Resilience)
This attack penetrates the target's Defense by 30%.
The effect already granted when attacking will not be applied, and effects will not be removed when inflicted with Break.

Emergency Protocol: Extermination
Ignores Resilience and removes all buffs from all enemies, then attacks all enemies. This attack penetrates 30% of the target's Defense, and enemies killed by this skill cannot be Resurrected or Revived.
According to the unique effect granted, the following effects will be applied:

Defense System (Overheating)
(Passive Effect)Takes increased damage from

All enemies' Speed becomes 0, and they are afflicted with Extra Skill Disabled and Extra Turn Disabled (permanent).
After your attack, increases all enemies' Priority by 100%.

On battle entry, dispels all enemy buffs.

Strategy
- •You want your teams to have penetration as much as possible. Venion's defense is high (3500 phase 1 and 5000 phase 2).
- •Having set on support is really helpful since they'll activate their respective bonus gain from Venion.
- •Keep an eye on Venion's buff and swap team if needed to avoid instant death or an 80% push since it'll make you lose one turn.
- •Having in your skill chain is okay as long as it results in more total damage.
- •Having multiple
Healer in your second team is also a viable option to deal more weakness gauge damage.
Phase 1
- •Phase 1 boss takes increased damage from

Earth enemies and they always have elemental advantage. - •If granted , the boss pushes

Dark enemies. - •At the start of the turn, the boss removes buffs and sets HP to 1 for all enemies with 30% or less HP.
Phase 1 — Recommended Characters
Since the boss has 100% critical hit chance, place her in the leftmost position and she'll counter every time.
A nice alternative to Gnosis Dahlia.
High damage and AP gain chain bonus, allowing more burst and more chain points.
She pushes herself when dual or skill chain, allowing her to play 2 times if you perform at least 2 dual/chain attacks after she acts.
Alternative to Monad Eva. Her buff and the
Defender bonus from provide survivability (even more when paired with a set). Also provides a buff.
Strong as always. She can be put in first position if you don't have Gnosis Dahlia or Regina.
